We are also able to offer fans, our partners and our customers very special experiences at the new, ultra-modern FC Thun stadium,
ranging from events in the VIP area, promotions in front of and in the stadium among the fans, or meet and greet events with the players – SkyWork can make it happen.
FC Thun was at the pinnacle of its success between 2004 and 2006: the club came second to FC Basel in the league and qualified for the UEFA Champions League after defeating Dynamo Kyiv and Malmö FF. The fairy tale continued with victory against Sparta Prague and great games against the world-famous Arsenal London and Ajax Amsterdam. In the end, Thun came third in the Champions League. Currently, FC Thun is playing in the Axpo Super League. Led by manager Murat Yakin, they rose to success again in the 2009/2010 season. A year later they were once again playing on a European level. After Bernard Challandes took over as manager, the team managed a surprise win against the star club from Palermo in the qualifiers for the UEFA European League. The next highpoint was the opening of the Thun Arena in the summer of 2011. The club from the Bernese Oberland now have a brand new, beautiful football stadium with space for 10,000 fans.
In the current season, the FC Thun team is fighting for one of the coveted top places in the league table, which would guarantee being able to take part in the European Championships again. The entire SkyWork team wishes them the best of luck!
